Trinity Western University Athletics
Spartan Foundation and their Complete Champion Approach resonates strongly with us as target for how we all should live and grow and providing funding that ensures varsity athletes have opportunity to become great leaders—both within and outside of their respective sport. Several of GLC’s current and former staff benefited from this program during their study at Trinity Western University, and GLC’s Glen Lieuwen currently sits on the foundation’s board.

Strong athletics programs make strong leaders on and off the court. Many of our current staff and interns were Surrey Christian and Falcons students before finding their way to GLC. This is one event our team never misses!

If it’s not clear, we love volleyball. Athletics builds leadership and team skills that are brought into community and leadership roles. And with volleyball, you don’t even need to get your hands dirty. We sponsor Volleyball BC events tied to coaching, leadership and volunteers—the Hall of Fame Banquet is always a highlight.
